Rod Grandy has extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic development, merger and acquisition activities, and executive management. He has served in numerous senior positions including CEO and CFO roles, and has held board positions for over twenty companies during his career. During the past twenty-five years he has participated at a senior level in over thirty acquisitions and divestitures. He has experience with private equity sponsors, financial institutions and intermediaries, distressed and turnaround situations, and has worked with companies of varying sizes serving diverse markets.
Sam McEntyre has deep operational experience in all facets of manufacturing including production and inventory management, supplier and logistical channel relationships, quality and efficiency protocols and systems, and personnel evaluation and development. He has worked in highly leveraged environments and participated in extensive acquisition and divestiture activities. In addition to his operational background, Mr. McEntyre has also managed large customer relationships and engaged in business development efforts.

Charles Runge has held numerous executive positions in marketing, business development and customer management. He has managed product rollout activities, created and implemented targeted marketing solutions and overseen the business development and customer service functions of companies in a wide range of industries, including the power transmission component, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and fueling systems sectors. He has worked for and has experience with a broad size range of businesses; from Fortune 500 global operations to lower middle market, privately held companies.
